Brooke Wiggins mainly handles commercial disputes and personal injury claims. Brooke regularly represents financial institutions in all stages of arbitration proceedings.
Brooke is a native New Mexican. She attended San Diego State University and received her B.A. in political science with a minor in communication. Brooke graduated magna cum laude and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society. She returned from San Diego to attend University of New Mexico School of Law. During her second year at UNM, Brooke was selected as a tutor for first year students in torts. In her third year she was a clinician for the Southwest Indian Law Clinic where she represented Native clients in tribal court. Brooke graduated from UNM in 2023.
Outside the office, Brooke spends her time walking her dog along the Bosque, eating home cooked meals with friends, and participating in Albuquerque’s music scene.
