Max Jones has litigated complex commercial and tort disputes throughout New Mexico and Texas. He has experience representing individuals, hospitals, businesses, and insurance companies in a wide variety of matters, including personal injury and wrongful death, medical malpractice, premises liability, business disputes, workers’ compensation, employment discrimination and retaliation claims, and claims brought under the New Mexico Whistleblower Protection Act. Max handles all phases of litigation and has been involved with numerous multi-million-dollar controversies. Max has successfully resolved numerous matters through summary judgment and at trial.
Max represented various medical providers, insurance companies, hospitals, and other State agencies in his 12 years of practice at a large insurance defense firm before joining Atkinson, Baker, & Rodriguez.
Max is originally from Brighton, England. He came to the United States to play Division I tennis for the University of New Mexico. After graduating UNM, Max played tennis professionally before deciding to pursue his legal career.
